R&D Manager (Footwear)

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an R&D Manager (Footwear, $4000, ID14828)

• Research and test to create products that meet requirements
• Deploy product production processes and monitor, adjust and supplement 
• Recommend choosing suppliers and appropriate raw materials.
• Oversee the entire process of developing products, ensuring the company achieves its research and product development goals
• Based on product development information, do analysis and evaluation activities to support other departments to understand and perform the following work well
• Regularly update information related to the project, identify target markets and information related to the project
• Verify the accuracy of the collected information
• Analyze and synthesize information into understandable information
• Research the needs and future direction of the customer
• Supervise and manage all new product and process development activities
• Make plans, testing, and actual production.
• Track and manage costs related to products
• Suggest the Board of Directors make decisions on choosing appropriate product development directions
• Manage and supervise employees' performance in the department 
• Support recruitment and training of employees for the R&D department

• Male/Female. Under 40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in the major of Chemistry or related fields
• Have from 05 years of working experience in a similar position at shoe form, chemical, shoe lining manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge and experience of footwear processes manufacturing and footwear chemicals industry
• Fluent in English
