Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for New Product Development Engineer ($800, ID 19627):
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Design, Production, and Quality to develop new printing products and manufacturing processes, ensuring feasibility and customer requirements are met.
- Lead and coordinate NPI activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and smoothly transferred into mass production.
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge of printing technologies, materials, and equipment to improve product performance and process stability.
- Manage prototype development, organize testing activities, analyze results, and propose design or process improvements based on technical findings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including PFMEA, process control plans, work instructions, and problem-solving reports (8D).
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30–40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related disciplines).
- At least 3 years of experience in a Process Engineer or NPI Engineer role within manufacturing environments such as printing (paper labels/plastics) or consumer electronics factories
- Strong English skills
- Proficient in CAD software.
