Job Description
1. Fragrance Evaluator:
- Maintaining and improving the fragrance library; Providing creative input and olfactory guidance to perfumers.
- Sharing knowledge on market trends, fragrance analysis, and new technologies.
- Building olfactory expertise through continuous learning.
- Building a personal fragrance collection for efficient selection.
- Analyzing market trends to anticipate future preferences.
- Identifying innovative notes and product forms through product analysis.
- Collaborating with marketing on proactive concept generation.
- Interacting with clients on olfactory expertise and technical matters.
- Ensuring project readiness by gathering essential information.
- Coordinating with the Sales Department on project timelines and modifications.
- Determining project resource needs; Ensuring project briefs are accurately addressed.
- Providing olfactory explanations and feedback to various stakeholders
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: 26-35 years old
- Graduated from university, specialized technology biology, chemistry, pharmaceutical...
- Have 3 years experience in R&D about flavor, perfume, especially in smell evaluation
- Good at English
