Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tuyển vị trí Quản Lý Trại Chăn Nuôi (Bò Sữa, $1700, ID19473):
- Thiết lập và chuẩn hóa quy trình chăn nuôi, chăm sóc, vắt sữa, vệ sinh chuồng trại phù hợp với điều kiện thực tế của trang trại.
- Đào tạo và hướng dẫn nhân viên trong trang trại thực hiện đúng quy trình.
- Theo dõi sức khỏe đàn bò, phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề bệnh lý.
- Xây dựng và cải tiến tài liệu quản lý: nhật ký đàn, tình trạng sức khỏe, sinh sản, sản lượng sữa, tiêm phòng, điều trị.
- Lập kế hoạch và kiểm soát thức ăn hàng tháng: Tính toán khẩu phần phù hợp với từng nhóm bò, Hiểu thu hoạch cỏ/nguồn cung để lên kế hoạch dự trữ, Tối ưu khẩu phần dựa trên nguồn thức ăn hiện có nhằm đảm bảo năng suất sữa và sức khỏe đàn.
- Đánh giá và đề xuất chọn lọc – thay thế bò trong đàn nhằm duy trì cơ cấu đàn hợp lý.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam, 28-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành: Thú y, Chăn nuôi, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong trang trại bò sữa (bắt buộc).
- Hiểu rõ dinh dưỡng cho động vật nhai lại.
- Nắm vững bệnh lý trên bò sữa và phương pháp điều trị, sử dụng thuốc.
- Có khả năng đánh giá cơ cấu đàn để chọn lọc – thay thế hợp lý.
