Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty sản xuất quy mô lớn, hiện đang tuyển Quản Lý Trại (Chăn nuôi, 1000$, ID13516):
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, điều hành hệ thống trang trại chăn nuôi (heo giống).
- Lập kế hoạch và phân công nhiệm vụ cho các quản lý trang trại để hoàn thành các mục tiêu đề ra của công ty.
- Kiểm tra, giám sát các hoạt động kỹ thuật chuồng trại và an toàn sinh học để đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn dịch tễ.
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra, hướng dẫn, động viên nhân viên hoàn thành công việc.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn chuyên môn nghiệp vụ cho đội ngũ nhân sự.
- Chi tiết công việc trao đổi trong buổi phỏng vấn.
Requirement
- Nam/ Nữ; Độ tuổi: 35 - 50
- Tốt nghiệp từ đại học trở lên chuyên ngành chăn nuôi, thú y hoặc chuyên ngành có liên quan
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kỹ thuật trang trại heo giống
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn.
