Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Quản Lý Sản Xuất (Tiếng Trung, 1200 USD, ID 21161):
- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động sản xuất tại xưởng.
- • Lập kế hoạch sản xuất và triển khai tổ chức sản xuất theo kế hoạch từ phòng Kế hoạch.
- • Giám sát hiệu suất làm việc của công nhân; đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao năng suất, giảm lãng phí và tối ưu quy trình sản xuất.
- • Quản lý, điều phối và bố trí nhân sự hợp lý; đảm bảo tuân thủ quy định an toàn lao động.
- • Kiểm soát tồn kho nguyên vật liệu và thành phẩm.
- • Giám sát việc tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn về chất lượng, kiểm tra sản phẩm và an toàn sản xuất trong phạm vi quản lý.
- • Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất và báo cáo định kỳ cho cấp trên (Xưởng trưởng người Trung Quốc).
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 35 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (giao tiếp & báo cáo công việc).
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý sản xuất tại công ty lắp ráp / điện / điện tử / cơ khí
