Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một nhà hàng có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài hiện đang tìm kiếm vị trí Quản Lý Nhà Hàng (Tiếng Nhật/Tiếng Anh, 1200 USD, ID 19985)
- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động hàng ngày của nhà hàng, đảm bảo vận hành trơn tru và đạt tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ.
- Lãnh đạo, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự nhà hàng, xây dựng môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp và hiệu quả.
- Nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng thông qua việc giám sát chất lượng dịch vụ và xử lý phản hồi kịp thời.
- Quản lý tài chính và kiểm soát tồn kho, phối hợp chặt chẽ với Bếp trưởng nhằm tối ưu chi phí và hiệu quả vận hành.
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng thực đơn và triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi, phối hợp cùng Bếp trưởng để thu hút khách hàng và tăng doanh thu.
Requirement
- Nam, nữ, 25-35 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên
- Ít nhất 4 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành F&B, 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý nhà hàng
- Tiếng Nhật thành thạo (N2 trở lên) và tiếng Anh giao tiếp cơ bản
