Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam đang cần tuyển vị trí Quản Lý Nhà Hàng ($1500++, ID21371):
- Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động vận hành hằng ngày của nhà hàng, đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ theo tiêu chuẩn cao cấp.
- Quản lý đội ngũ nhân sự: sắp xếp ca làm việc, phân công công việc, đào tạo và đánh giá hiệu quả nhân viên.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng phục vụ, vệ sinh, tác phong nhân viên và trải nghiệm khách hàng.
- Theo dõi doanh thu, chi phí vận hành và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu quả kinh doanh.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận Bếp và các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo vận hành đồng bộ.
- Xử lý các tình huống phát sinh và giải quyết khiếu nại khách hàng một cách chuyên nghiệp.
Requirement
- Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Quản lý nhà hàng, ưu tiên nhà hàng cao cấp hoặc khách sạn 5 sao.
- Độ tuổi từ 30–45.
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhân sự, đào tạo và sắp xếp ca làm việc.
- Am hiểu quy trình vận hành nhà hàng, kiểm soát chất lượng dịch vụ và chăm sóc khách hàng.
- Kỹ năng xử lý tình huống, giải quyết khiếu nại tốt; tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chịu được áp lực công việc.
