Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tìm kiếm Quản Lý Kỹ Thuật Sản Xuất (Cơ Khí/ Điện Tử, Tiếng Trung, 1.000 USD, ID 17541):
- Quản lý quy trình sản xuất, giám sát và tối ưu hóa hiệu suất sản xuất.
- Lập kế hoạch, sắp xếp ca làm việc cho nhân viên nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ sản xuất.
- Giám sát, kiểm tra và cải tiến hệ thống máy móc, thiết bị cơ khí, điện, điện tử.
- Đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn theo yêu cầu của khách hàng và công ty.
- Kết nối và phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo đơn hàng và tiến độ sản xuất.
- Đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên, nâng cao kỹ năng và tay nghề của nhân sự trong bộ phận.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam, Dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (cơ khí/ điện/ điện tử, ...)
- Có từ 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí Tổ trưởng / Phó / Trưởng bộ phận quản lý chuyền sản xuất về cơ khí, máy móc thiết bị, điện, điện tử.
- Thành thạo tiếng Trung (nghe, nói, đọc, đánh máy).
