Job Description
- Quản lý, vận hành, xuất bản nội dung cho kênh YouTube của công ty
- Tối ưu video được xuất bản hàng ngày, tối ưu kênh YouTube, các sản phẩm quan trọng của đối tác... đảm bảo đạt KPI.
- Bảo vệ bản quyền nội dung video, đảm bảo an toàn cho kênh YouTube.
- Đề xuất nội dung video, kênh, tư vấn đề xuất chiến lược phát triển kênh.
- Hỗ trợ đối tác của công ty thiết kế hình ảnh, chỉnh sửa, dựng video khi cần thiết.
- Theo dõi, tối ưu và điều chỉnh chiến dịch xuất bản nội dung.
- Báo cáo hàng tuần, hàng tháng cho quản lý trực tiếp về tình hình phát triển của kênh.
- Hỗ trợ các thành viên trong team cùng thực hiện công việc để đạt hiệu quả
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nữ, Độ tuổi: 25-33 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành liên quan
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý và phát triển kênh YouTube, lĩnh vực YouTube mạng đa kênh, ưu tiên đã làm trong mảng truyền hình, hậu kỳ
- Am hiểu về SEO, SMO; mạnh về content
