Job Description
- Điều hành, theo dõi sát sao và chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện đối với dây chuyền vận hành của bộ phận In và Thêu trong xưởng sản xuất.
- Điều phối lực lượng lao động, phân bổ công việc hợp lý nhằm duy trì tiến độ hoàn thành các đơn hàng.
- Theo dõi các chỉ số về chất lượng thành phẩm, kiểm soát định mức năng suất và tiến độ thi công sản xuất hàng ngày.
- Tích cực kết nối cùng những bộ phận liên quan trong nhà máy để giải quyết triệt để các phát sinh kỹ thuật hoặc tiến độ.
- Kế thừa và triển khai công tác đào tạo, nâng cao tay nghề, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật trực tiếp cho nhân viên dưới quyền.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ, Độ tuổi: Dưới 45 tuổi
- Không yêu cầu bằng cấp
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương về quản lý in hoặc thêu tại các nhà máy may mặc
- - Đối với ứng viên có thế mạnh mảng In: Am hiểu sâu sắc nguyên lý kỹ thuật pha màu.
- - Đối với ứng viên có thế mạnh mảng Thêu: Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm thiết kế/lập trình thêu Wilcom.
