Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển dụng vị trí Chỉ Huy Trưởng (Cơ Điện, $1500, ID-17065):
- Tổ chức và quản lý thi công các công trình của công ty.
- Giám sát chất lượng và tiến độ thi công tại công trường, chịu trách nhiệm về công việc được giao.
- Liên hệ và làm việc với chủ đầu tư, nhà thầu phụ để thực hiện dự án đạt hiệu quả cao.
- Thực hiện nghiệm thu nội bộ cùng chủ đầu tư và các đơn vị liên quan.
- Phối hợp và chủ động giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh tại công trường.
- Quản lý, kiểm soát và báo cáo tình hình công trình về số lượng, chất lượng, vật tư, kho, bãi, và giao nhận hàng hóa.
- Tổ chức thực hiện và kiểm soát hồ sơ chi phí, chứng từ báo cáo theo quy định của công ty và dự án.
- Thực hiện báo cáo công việc theo yêu cầu của công ty.
- Các công việc khác sẽ được trao đổi chi tiết khi phỏng vấn.
Requirement
- Nam; dưới 40 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Cơ/Điện/HVAC/PCCC.
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thi công hệ thống cơ điện công trình dân dụng và công nghiệp.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên biết Tiếng Anh.
- Ưu tiên có Chứng chỉ hành nghề Giám sát Hạng I, II.
- Chấp nhận đi công tác theo yêu cầu của công ty.
