Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Digital Transformation Lead (Quality Systems, $1000, ID17730)
- Develop and maintain quality management software systems
- Digitalize quality control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Address system-related issues within the factory’s QA function
- Propose and implement solutions for process optimization (e.g., automation, paper reduction)
- Lead a small team in executing smart factory digitalization projects
- Coordinate and troubleshoot issues related to quality system data
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in digital system development, preferably within manufacturing environments
- Solid understanding of quality management systems and associated processes
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in Excel and tools such as Power BI, Python, and VBA
- Good command of English, capable of reporting and communicating effectively
