Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Quality Supervisor (Precision Mechanical, $2500, ID21382)
- Supervise QC activities throughout all production stages, including raw material inspection, cold forging, heat treatment, anti-corrosion coating, packaging, and shipment.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer requirements.
- Perform inspections, measurements, and quality evaluations in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with quality control standards and die life management requirements.
- Collaborate with the Production team to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues.
- Propose, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce production defect rates.
- Train, guide, and assign tasks to QC team members.
- Foster a proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused working culture.
- Ensure all inspection activities are carried out completely and in accordance with established standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly production quality reports.
- Monitor Quality KPIs and provide timely alerts when quality issues arise.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure stable and efficient production operations.
Requirement
- Male or Female
- Age: 35–45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in a fastener (screws/bolts), precision machining, or small precision components manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in quality inspection throughout the following production processes: Cold Forming, Heat Treatment, Plating / Anti-Corrosion Coating
- Proficient in English
