Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Mechanical, $1400, ID16984)
- Build, implement, and monitor the company's quality management system.
- Ensure that the company’s products and services meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve production and service processes.
- Train and develop staff on quality processes and standards.
- Prepare regular reports on the quality of products and services.
- Conduct internal quality management training for employees.
- Execute business travel orders as directed by the board of directors.
- Control quality and monitor progress for domestic and international projects.
- Plan and conduct quality checks for key stages in the manufacturing process at the factory and with subcontractors.
- Guide and coordinate with subcontractors and NDT inspection units to control quality and project progress according to the established schedule.
- Liaise and exchange information between customers and manufacturing units.
Requirement
- Male, 30-45 years-old
- Graduated from university in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar posirtion in a manufacturing mechanical plant.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD.
- Good command of English.
