Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Mechanical, Negotiation, ID-16922):
- Leads and oversees a group of quality inspectors and engineers.
- Works with the supplier to coordinate the maximum output on the first day of mass production.
- Works with suppliers to execute any CARs produced by PSI, customer returns, and life
- Tests, customer factory audits, line audits, LA audits, and other requests for corrective action.
- Collaborates with the supplier to create an atmosphere that supports the establishment and ongoing enhancement of quality.
- Promotes continuous improvement among suppliers and conducts frequent evaluations of supplier CIP, Kaizen, and lessons learned.
- Conducts independent audits, factory audits, and supplier maturity assessments to improve suppliers' overall capacity for quality management.
- Oversees PSI operations and conducts analysis on Lot Rejection and Yield statistics to enhance the quality of the product.
- Directs Corrective Actions and leads the Product Failure Analysis.
- Participates in recommendations for product/material reworks and disposals.
- Conducts a manufacturing readiness review and participates in the new project process.
- Works with the supplier and technical team to deploy ECN and Deviation.
- Takes part in supplier testing and the Retailers' Factory Assessment Audit.
- Makes it easier for subordinates to work safely.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree or above in quality management, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, etc.
- 08 years experience in quality management related
- Be familiar with the utilization of quality tools to lead issues resolved or improvement.
- Proficient in English.
