Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (Mechanical, $1000, ID16479)
- Ensure quality control of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products from receipt to dispatch.
- Lead the Quality Management System (QMS) team, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of the overall QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Ensure production processes comply with international standards such as ASTM, ASME, EN, CSA, and NACE, according to the latest versions.
- Receive and address complaints from the sales department, trace origins, identify root causes of issues, and prepare resolution reports for customers.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on product quality to identify and address emerging issues.
- Develop and implement regular quality inspection programs, evaluate and analyze results to ensure continuous improvement of the QMS for enhanced product quality.
- Recruit, train, and manage QA/QC personnel; motivate staff, assess performance, and ensure professional development to enhance work efficiency.
Requirement
- Male, 27- 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Technology, or related engineering fields.
- Having experience in quality management in mechanical manufacturing, preferably in the steel pipe production industry.
- Experience with system audits and internal audits.
- Good at English
