Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Quality Manager (IATF16949, 2000$, ID8392)
- Maintain and continuously enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Serve as the Management Representative for all quality-related matters.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on IATF, customer, and internal audits to ensure compliance and effective closure of findings.
- Ensure full adherence to customer-specific requirements (CSR).
- Oversee customer complaint management, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions using 8D and CAPA methodologies.
- Supervise and improve incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Establish, track, and analyze key quality performance indicators (KPIs) such as scrap rates, rework, and customer PPM.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process modifications, and APQP implementation.
- Utilize and sustain quality tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and structured problem-solving efforts across the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Address supplier quality concerns and contribute to supplier development programs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team, including inspectors, engineers, and technicians.
Requirement
- Male, Age: 30–45
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related technical fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QA Manager in metal fabrication / mechanical machining companies; IATF 16949 Auditor certification is mandatory
- Proven experience leading IATF audits (internal and external)
- Proficient in English
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Lean Management principles
