Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager (English & Japanese, $1500, ID12416)
- Ensure the quality of products shipped from the factory.
- Prepare documentation for new product certification.
- Measure, analyze, and evaluate defective products (including process-failure products and returned products).
- Control internal specifications, appearance sample boards, and product evaluation standards according to customer requirements.
- Act as the communication window between the factory and customers: conduct quality meetings with customers, handle customer audits and visits, exchange information with customers, and process complaints and prepare reports when receiving customer feedback.
- Control and manage measuring equipment.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for departments/teams based on job functions.
- Ensure workplace environmental safety and traffic safety for employees in accordance with company policies.
- Develop departmental strategies aligned with the company’s business operations and objectives.
- Propose improvements and optimization plans for manpower and budget efficiency to contribute to the company’s business results.
- Ensure stable human resources to effectively perform and accomplish departmental tasks.
- Advise and support other departments on quality assurance, improvement of yield rates, and continuous improvement projects.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/ Female
- Age range: Under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree graduate.
- More than 3 years of experience working in similar position in an electronic components manufacturing factory, with experience in customer correspondence and handling (certification audits, complaint handling, etc.).
- Good at English (TOEIC score above 500).
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N3–N2 level.
