Job Description

- Establish, standardize, and maintain the organizational Quality Management System in strict adherence to VDA 6.3 guidelines.
- Plan, organize, and execute periodic internal quality audits following VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 standards.
- Monitor production quality metrics, drive root-cause analysis and corrective action plans, and directly report progress to Executive Management.
- Interface professionally with international automotive customers on quality compliance and execute operational tasks directed by upper management.
Requirement
- Gender: Male, aged under 45;
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in QA/QC management; proven background working with European automotive clients (Germany, Italy, Austria, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Mandatory holding of a valid VDA 6.3 auditor qualification/certificate.
- Professional English fluency; proficiency in Korean is a major advantage.
