Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Manager ($2500, ID-17077)
- Create and enhance an Integrated Management System (IMS) that meets all relevant requirements and exceeds expectations by being effective, agile, and tailored to promote continuous improvement.
- Manage, control, and implement the IMS at our Vietnam site, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and, where applicable, other standards such as additional ISO certifications or FSC.
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable and accepted standards, models, and tools related to management systems.
- Achieve and maintain ISO certifications.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external audits to sustain certifications, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Report IMS performance and KPIs to the Global IMS Director and local top management, supporting the local leadership team with IMS-related tasks, such as management reviews.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address risks and opportunities associated with the management systems.
- Define, plan, and execute global strategic improvement projects aimed at enhancing the IMS.
- Initiate and lead IMS-related communities, such as the IMS Ambassadors program.
Requirement

Male/female; under 45 years old.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in technical fields (Industrial Management/ Industrial Systems Engineering/ Engineering majors or equivalent...)

Having more than 5 years of experience Quality area of multinational manufacturing companies/ quality certification bodies.

Fluent in English.
