- Develop and implement key Quality KPIs in alignment with factory standards and global quality initiatives, ensuring effective measurement systems are in place.
- Lead root cause investigations and manage the resolution of customer complaints, ensuring permanent and prioritized corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, monitor, and analyze quality performance metrics, implement preventive measures, and initiate improvement programs.
- Ensure full compliance with internal quality standards and customer product qualification requirements.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all quality control operations, including product testing and verification activities.
- Serve as the main liaison for ISO, BSCI, and other related certification processes, ensuring the facility meets all relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Ensure that production lines are supported by correctly calibrated equipment, approved methods, clear work instructions, and visual guides per customer specifications.
- Oversee the establishment, calibration, and daily maintenance of all quality testing equipment and systems.
- Develop and enforce documentation protocols to ensure quality records are properly created, updated, reviewed, approved, and securely maintained.
- Lead and manage strategic quality projects and continuous performance improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Design and implement a Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) in partnership with manufacturing and quality teams to support long-term operational growth.
- Manage and guide the Quality Engineering team in standardizing processes and driving ongoing quality improvements.
- Conduct regular process audits with related departments to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirement
- Male, 25–38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with ISO 9001 standards
- Good at English
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management within mechanical manufacturing or automotive-related factories
