Salary up to $1000/month awaits! We are recruiting a Quality Engineer (Mechanical, ID 19855) for a foreign-invested company:
- Inspection Planning & Standards: Develop and maintain checklists and work instructions for product inspection activities, including First Article Inspection (FAI), to ensure product safety and quality.
- Auditing & Compliance: Conduct internal, external, and supplier audits in accordance with company quality standards and legal compliance requirements. Act as the lead/host for audits conducted by customers or third-party organizations.
- Complaint Management & CAPA: Coordinate the investigation and resolution of customer complaints: identify root causes, determine corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and enhance product safety and quality.
- QMS Maintenance: Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS); perform quality data analysis and prepare periodic reports.
- Quality Culture: Promote quality awareness across the team and the entire company regarding quality standards, processes, and techniques.
- Non-Conformity Tracking: Monitor outstanding Non-Conformities (NCs) and support relevant stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
- Product Inspection: Perform inspections (internal and external) for incoming goods or finished products at various stages of the production process.
- HSE & Other Duties: Execute other related tasks concerning Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as required.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Age: 30 – 40 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within manufacturing environments.
- Mandatory: Experience in Mechanical Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English
