Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Control Supervisor (Automotive, $950, ID21189)

Manage and operate quality control activities on the shop floor.
Organize and supervise the QC team across production stages (die casting, machining, surface treatment, etc.).
Implement and maintain quality control operations: IQC, IPQC, and FQC/OQC.
Detect, analyze, and handle defects/issues arising during the production process.
Utilize QC tools to analyze root causes of defects and propose corrective/improvement actions.
Monitor and compile quality data: internal defects, scrap rate, rework, etc.
Coordinate with Production and Engineering departments to resolve quality issues.
Train and instruct QC staff on inspection standards and quality control methods.
Support management in quality system development and continuous improvement activities.

Requirement

Male. Under 40 years old.
College or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical fields, Quality Management, or related majors.
3–5 years of experience as a QA/QC Leader in manufacturing plants specializing in mechanical engineering, aluminum/zinc die casting, machined casting parts, or plating for the automotive and motorcycle parts industry.
Strong expertise and hands-on background in Quality Control (QC).
Proficient in English to effectively communicate and work directly with clients.
Mandatory experience working in manufacturing environments implementing IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Highly proficient in utilizing the 7 QC Tools.
Skilled in running Pareto charts to identify key defects, as well as utilizing Fishbone diagrams and 5-Why analysis to determine root causes.
Proven experience in participating in customer complaint/defect analysis and quality reporting.
