Quality Control Manager (Furniture)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Control Manager (Furniture, $2500, ID16893)

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality control system for all production lines (wood, steel, foam, sewing), ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

• Oversee quality checks in key production processes, including wood processing, steel cutting and welding, foam production, and sewing, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements, and perform supplier audits to maintain consistency.

• Conduct regular production audits and process evaluations to identify defects, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

• Lead and train the QC team, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration with production staff to maintain high-quality standards.

• Analyze QC data, prepare reports for senior management, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive improvements.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards and address customer complaints by implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

• Male/Female
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in quality control or assurance, with at least 5 years in a management role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
• Good at English
• Strong understanding of wood processing, steel fabrication, soft foam production, and sewing processes.
• Experience with water-based finishing, powder coating, and foam chemistry will be highly beneficial
