Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Quality Assurance Employee (Seeds, $500, ID13949)
- Accountable for overseeing the accurate and timely emasculation, pollination, and harvesting of every seed producing activities.
- Control over the productivity of crop care team leaders and personnel.
- Look into effective pollination and emasculation methods, and establish standards for their quality.
- In collaboration with the lab, look into the activities of storing and drying pollen.
- Confirming the observance of all accepted protocols.
- Collaborates with the crop labor manager, the head farmers, the lab technician, and the production manager
Requirement
- Male/Female; Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduated from the University of Agriculture and Forestry
- Have 1 year of experience in a similar position in the seed industry
- Good in English
