Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QHSE Supervisor ($1000, ID12143)
- Assistance with the creation of quality manuals for the QAC function, as well as a mechanism for day-to-day quality verification of plant operations (including packing. material check, filling process..etc)
- Assist in identifying HSE and quality risks and implementing appropriate control/corrective measures.
- Suggestions for improving the quality control system are welcome.
- Internal conflict: Conduct a meeting with relevant parties to investigate the root cause and assist in the development of a mechanism for registering internal quality complaints. Keep track of the status of complaints. Implement a mechanism to prevent a recurrence.
- Complaints from Clients: Superior assistance with customer complaints and site management. Coordination with property owners is required for a prompt investigation and corrective preventive action.
- Support superior with site implementation and certification in accordance with ISO system requirements (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018).
- Prepare to make changes to the ISO system documentation.
- Gather data for quality key measures for identified products/process lines /packaging material line for statistical evaluation and take steps to minimize loses due to production inefficiency.
- Suggest process improvements such as HSE, quality, 5S, and so on to reduce cost.
Requirement
- Male, Age: 25-35 years old
- Graduated from university majoring in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Having experience in HSE is compulsory
- Having related certificate (ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Fluent at English
