Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a QE Engineer (Electronics, ID20082) at a foreign-invested company and earn $1700/month:
- Monitor and analyze product quality during the manufacturing process
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Participate in handling customer complaints
- Perform internal audits and support customer or third-party audits
- Manage quality documents: SOPs, WIs, inspection standards, record forms, etc.
- Collect, track, and report quality metrics (defect rate, FPY, DPPM, etc.)
- Collaborate with production and engineering departments to improve processes
- Train employees on quality awareness and guide inspection standards
- Support supplier audits when necessary
Requirement
- Male/Female, 25–45 years old
- College or university graduate
- At least 2 years of experience in an equivalent position in an electronics components manufacturing company
- Knowledge of quality management systems and tools: ISO 9001, 5S, FMEA, SPC, 5 Why, 8D, and the 7 QC tools
- Proficient in Chinese; able to communicate in English for work purposes
