Job Description

  • Scope of job: supervise the testing team that take in charge for testing the web/desktop/mobile applications.
  • Main tasks:
    • Monitor and alert managers in case of problems (abnormal conditions, standby, etc.).
    • Develop the roadmap for continuous improvement of the team’s activities (automation actions, prevention of regressions, etc.).
    • Ensure the capitalization and management of backups.
    • Develop the training plan for the team and follow-up the team’s skills development.
    • Communicate with French/Morocco about the team’s activities.
    • Prepare, execute test cases.
    • Report and track bugs.

Requirement

Job Requirements

  • General knowledge in IT: environments, IT project methodologies (V, Agile cycle); Ability to use with ease software and IT tools in different technical environments: PCs, tablets, smartphones/Windows, Android, IOS,…
  • Ability to understand the customer requirements, applications business rules and convert them into test cases.
  • Optional: knowledge in test management tools (Quality Center, Squash, Jira,…), load and automation testing tools (JMeter / Selenium…), databases (SQL queries), ISTQB certification.
