Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Vice Manager (Garment, Open for Taiwanese Expats, $2500, ID19738)
- Support the QA Manager in implementing and maintaining the quality assurance system for sportswear production.
- Oversee and control product quality at all stages of production, from fabric inspection through final inspection.
- Ensure full compliance with buyer specifications, AQL requirements, and relevant international quality standards.
- Review, approve, and maintain quality standards, inspection procedures, and quality control documentation.
- Analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate closely with production, technical, and merchandising teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Supervise, train, and coach QA/QC staff to enhance inspection skills and promote quality awareness.
- Conduct internal quality audits and provide support during customer and factory compliance audits.
- Manage customer feedback, quality reports, and claims in a timely and effective manner.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and optimize production efficiency
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- University graduate
- Preference given to Taiwanese candidates
- Fluent in English
- Minimum 5years of experience in QA/QC within the sportswear or garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sportswear materials, construction, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiar with international quality standards, AQL systems, and buyer requirements.
