Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $800/month salary awaits! We're hiring a QA Supervisor (Garment, ID 18036) for a foreign-invested company:
- Develop and execute QA tasks in alignment with the production schedule and customers' export timelines.
- Conduct daily checks on major quality issues and critical defects in sewing lines to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve quality issues raised by customer complaints.
- Create SOPs for each production operation and provide SOP training to all related departments.
- Comply with customer SOPs and quality audit requirements. Prepare and implement Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) to address findings promptly.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports to the management board.
Requirement
- Male or Female, Under 40 years old
- University degree (Bachelor's degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Supervisor in garment manufacturing factories, preferably with experience in shirt production
- Good communication skills in English
