Job Description
QA Supervisor (Garment, ID19580) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $1300/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Define customer quality standards, translate them into factory requirements, and provide related training and assessments.
- Support customer visits and assist production teams in communicating quality requirements; follow up and resolve quality issues during manufacturing.
- Approve samples and processes; prepare stage-based reports and issue corrective actions and quality reports (Vietnamese/English) for any nonconformities.
- Lead pre-production meetings, communicate garment inspection standards, conduct routine spot checks, identify deviations, and ensure corrective measures are implemented and tracked.
- Perform customer-based AQL inspections, conduct pre-inspection before customer QA audits, inspect finished goods after packing, and coordinate rework confirmation with customers.
- Regularly summarize factory quality performance, qualification rates, and customer feedback; analyze problems, draw lessons, and report findings for preventive action.
- Maintain documentation of each production stage, ensure continuous quality improvement, and provide timely reports to management.
Requirement
- Male/ female, under 37 years old,
- At least 3 years of experience in garment quality inspection (QA) for jackets, supervisory level
- Must have strong knowledge of down jackets
- Strong knowledge and experience in raw material quality prevention, detecting and preventing raw material quality issues
- Good at English
