Job Description
- Manage the QA department's everyday operations in general.
- Respond to occurrences involving the quality of final goods and raw materials.
- Over samples for quality and issuing the results.
- Oversee and check the quality of products being produced, request corrective action, and stop production-related mishaps that could affect product quality.
- Uphold the company's quality management systems, such as ISO, Kaizen improvement, 5S,...
- Track client complaints and identify their responses that are related to product quality.
- Make sure that all equipment and measuring tools are regularly calibrated, well-maintained, and well-operated
- Organize and coordinate the team that collaborates with other departments to finish the task.
- Recruit, train, and supervise QC staff and Lab staff
Requirement
- Male/Female. 28-40 years old
- College Degree above, related major such as Chemical Technology or related
- Have 3 years experience in similar position in plastic manufacturing company.
- Good English skills
