Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Staff (Garment, Open to fresh graduates, $650, ID21347)
- Perform inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and finished garments to verify compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Work closely with the production team to develop, implement, and maintain effective quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Identify quality issues, report findings to management and customers as required, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions to resolve nonconformities.
- Monitor production activities, analyze quality performance, and recommend process improvements to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to production personnel on quality requirements, inspection methods, and best practices to promote a strong quality culture.
Requirement
- Male or female
- Within the legal working age.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Garment Technology, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
- Open to candidates with no prior experience.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
