Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a QA/QC Staff (Mechanical, ID 21184) at a foreign-invested company and earn $800/month:
- Take the lead in preparing, organizing, and completing all technical files and quality documents for routine or ad-hoc audits conducted by customers and third-party certification bodies.
- Directly participate in the audit process and clarify any issues related to the quality management system as required.
- Study technical documents, drawings, and customer requirements to establish Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) documentation for new projects and products.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Engineering, Project) to control quality milestones throughout the APQP process.
- Receive Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) or quality complaints from customers.
- Collaborate with production departments to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA); prepare formal responses and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to submit to customers within the requested deadline.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions after implementation to ensure defects do not recur.
Requirement
- Male, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, or related manufacturing majors.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in heavy mechanical fabrication companies. Hands-on experience and comprehensive knowledge of welding are mandatory.
- Proficient in using specialized engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Tekla, etc.
- Fluent in English.
