Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Manager in HCM:

• Improve quality based on the company's overall goals / strategy
• Developing in-depth documents on quality standards, requirements and standardization of work processes across departments
• Set goals for the team, monitor and evaluate the team's capabilities in each stage
• Improve product quality, orient the factory to autonomously manage quality
• Develop principles and work processes to clarify the responsibilities of each party
• Responsible for the development, training, and leadership to develop the QA, QC model
• Build and manage the operating budget of QA team
• Exchange details during the interview

•  University graduated with major in Technical/ Mechanical Engineer
•  7-10 year experience in the same position in garment industry
•  Good English communication
•  Self-starter capable of working independently
•  Strong presence & communication skills
