Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Hospitality,1200 USD, ID16617):
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures that reflect the highest industry standards and best practices.
- Continuously review and refine quality standards based on guest feedback and evolving market trends.
- Perform regular audits and inspections of guest services, accommodations, dining, and recreational areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback through surveys, online reviews, and direct interactions to pinpoint areas of improvement.
- Work with management to implement initiatives aimed at improving guest satisfaction and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with department leaders to ensure the effective implementation of quality initiatives across all functions of the resort.
- Define, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on quality metrics, trends, and proposed improvements to senior management.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 03 – 05 years of experience in a similar role (such as Front Office, Guest Relations, etc.) within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
