Job Description
Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $1300, ID21342)
- Receive and handle quality complaints from garment factories and customers.
- Investigate root causes of issues related to knitted fabric quality, dyeing, and finishing processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Dyeing, Finishing, and Engineering departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions until complaints are fully resolved and closed.
- Serve as the main point of contact with garment factories regarding quality-related issues.
- Provide timely responses to customer complaints and regularly update customers on the progress of issue resolution.
- Negotiate and coordinate with garment factories to ensure products are accepted for use or appropriate solutions are implemented.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and garment factories.
- Analyze complaint data and quality defects to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Propose solutions to improve product quality and reduce complaint rates.
- Support the development, revision, and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
- Prepare periodic reports on complaint status, root causes, and resolution results.
- Report directly to Management on critical quality issues or matters that may significantly impact customers.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, under 40 years old
- College or Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Dyeing & Finishing Technology, Garment Technology, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in QA for knitted garments or T-shirt products.
- Experience working directly with garment factories.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving quality-related issues.
