Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for QA Manager (Garment, 2000$, ID 17045)
- Responsible to the Management Board for the product quality.
- Receive information and plan the implementation of product quality control.
- Control the quality of raw materials before they are put into production.
- Organize and conduct meetings for the production processes of different items.
- Inspect and monitor the production processes from cutting, sewing, finishing to warehouse entry to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct Prefinal/Final inspections as required.
- Proactively communicate with customers to propose solutions for any quality issues arising during production.
- Participate in customer training sessions; train staff to pass customer certification exams to enable the customer to authorize third-party quality inspections.
- Organize, supervise, and assist employees in checking the quality of factory products during the production process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of employee performance.
- Implement and control system processes, standards, and guidelines to ensure the produced products meet quality and standard requirements.
- Proactively welcome and work with customers who visit the factory to inspect goods or evaluate quality, track and control factory improvement processes.
- Participate in resolving quality issues in production and propose corrective actions.
Requirement
- Male/Femaile, 35-45 years old
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position at garment companies.
- Knowledge of garment production processes.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
