Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for QA Manager (Garment, 1000$, ID 16982):
- Plan and implement tasks within the department based on the import and export schedules of specific customers.
- Inspect critical quality issues and severe daily production line errors to provide the most timely and accurate feedback.
- Collaborate with related departments to resolve quality issues raised by customers.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each production stage and provide training on SOPs to relevant departments.
- Monitor customer evaluations of SOPs and product quality. Develop and implement CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) to address evaluation issues promptly and send them back to the customer.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly comprehensive quality reports for submission to the factory and corporate leadership.
Requirement
- Male or female, under 45 years old.
- Male or female, under 45 years old, with a university degree or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in manufacturing units specializing in knitwear.
- Good at English
