Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $1300, ID16782)
- Lead and manage the QA department, providing direction and support to the team to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop, implement, and oversee the quality management system (QMS) in line with international standards and customer requirements.
- Ensure all products are manufactured to meet the company’s quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and assessments at all stages of the production process.
- Identify quality issues and defects, and work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product checks.
- Review and analyze quality performance data, generating reports, and making recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure effective communication between QA, production, design, and other departments to resolve quality issues and enhance overall production efficiency.
- Oversee the training and development of the QA team to ensure they are knowledgeable about industry best practices, standards, and the latest technologies.
- Stay updated with new quality assurance trends, regulations, and technologies to keep the QA processes competitive and compliant.
- Manage customer complaints related to quality issues and take the lead in investigating and resolving concerns
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, including ISO, and other relevant certifications.
Requirement
- Male/Female. 35 - 50 years old
- University degree in related major
- At least 5 -years’ experience as QA Manager in textile and garment industry.
- Good at English
