Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Furniture, $2500, ID16937):
- Lead and oversee quality activities across the company to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor and control the quality of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods.
- Organize inspections at key stages—incoming, in-process, and final—to ensure product quality.
- Ensure the development and implementation of procedures that meet quality requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage calibration and maintenance of all measuring devices.
- Provide quality awareness training to employees and support HR in organizing technical development programs.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner, exceeding customer expectations.
Requirement
- Male or female
- University degree in a related field is required
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance at a furniture factory, at the same level
- Fluent in English
