Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Food/Beverage, $2000, ID16672)
- Establish, update, and continuously improve the processes for incoming material inspection and production process control to ensure product quality stability.
- Be fully responsible to the Board of Directors for the company’s product quality.
- Advise the CEO and senior management on matters related to quality control, improvement, and enhancement of product quality.
- Lead the establishment and maintenance of the company’s quality and food safety management system.
- Receive and resolve customer feedback and complaints related to the company’s product quality.
- Organize training sessions for employees on work methods that meet the department’s functional and operational requirements.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Requirement
- Male/Female, 33-45 years old
- University degree
- 5 years of experience in quality management in the food or beverage manufacturing companies
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in food and beverage quality management systems and standards (ISO 9000, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000)
