Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, looking for QA Manager (F&B, $1600, ID17109):
- Developed and supervised quality systems and procedures, including SOPs, to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
- Prepared and updated the Food Safety Manual annually, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Approved or rejected materials and products based on specifications, and managed deviations and non-conformities during processing.
- Led and maintained HACCP systems, ensured compliance with regulations, and managed internal and external audits.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to meet customer expectations and resolve operational issues related to quality, safety, and productivity.
- Supervised equipment validation and maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient factory operations.
- Championed continuous improvement programs, working closely with R&D, production, and other teams.
- Planned and monitored ISO22000/HACCP training programs, ensuring personnel are adequately trained.
- Set KPIs for the Quality Assurance Department and regularly evaluated and reported performance to the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Animal Health, Aquaculture, or relevant fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- Over 5 years in Quality Assurance within the Food/Feed/Aquaculture industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards.
