Job Description
QA Assistant Manager (Manufacturing, ID19534) wanted for a foreign- invested company! $1000/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Maintain certificate validity and coordinate with Certification Agencies for audits and all activities related to sustaining ISO 9001–14001 certifications.
- Evaluate, monitor, and verify the effectiveness of the management systems. Analyze root causes of nonconformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Update existing procedures and develop new ones to support the management system.
- Enhance processes to strengthen risk control.
- Provide training and coaching to all personnel involved in product-related processes to ensure they fully understand their quality responsibilities.
- Serve as the owner of Internal Audits: develop audit schedules, prepare audit lists, and assign auditors and auditees.
- Handle External Audits by coordinating with agencies regarding quotations, contracts, and audit plans. Consolidate departmental improvement reports and present them to auditors.
- Maintain and audit QCVN compliance to secure required certificates, including fire door certification.
- Work directly with suppliers to obtain QCVN certificates for imported materials and ensure the fastest possible lead time for customs clearance.
- Provide all required documentation to project teams upon delivery, including import documents, QCVN certificates, and additional documents requested by Sales or Installation teams.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc QA reports.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- Male or Female, 25–40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electronics field
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001/14001
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing company and must have participated in ISO registration and ISO system operation
- Fluent in English communication
