Job Description
QA Assistant Manager (Food, ID19564) wanted for a Foreign-invested company! $680/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Manage and update FSMS documents (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, Halal) to ensure proper implementation and compliance.
- Review and maintain Vietnamese and international food safety regulatory requirements.
- Support investigation and follow-up of CAPA for raw materials, production issues, and customer complaints.
- Participate in assessing new and existing raw material suppliers.
- Coordinate with authorities, certification bodies, and customers during audits.
- Prepare required customer documents such as audit checklists and product specifications.
- Work with QC to manage periodic testing and calibration (internal/external).
- Collaborate with departments to carry out standard activities: internal audits, mock recalls, traceability, training, and basic lab testing.
- Join improvement projects related to safety, quality, and cost-saving.
Requirement
- Male/Femal, under 30 years old,
- Graduated from College/University majoring in Food Technology or Biotechnology,
- At least 2 years in a QA/QC position in a manufacturing company,
- Possess certificates in awareness and internal auditing for BRCGS/FSSC 22000/Halal,
- Able to read and understand technical documents in English,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
