Purchasing Staff (Furniture)

Responsible for negotiating with suppliers on pricing, purchase orders, and contracts (including commercial contracts, office construction contracts, and framework agreements); handling purchase requests (PR), VAT invoices, warranty documentation, payment arrangements, and maintaining both electronic and hard-copy records.

Source products and materials for projects; conduct stock checking and availability verification.

Monitor delivery schedules and provide coordination support to other teams when required.

Collaborate with relevant departments to collect, review, and verify the completeness and legal compliance of all project invoices and supporting documents in accordance with government regulations; reconcile input and output VAT invoices, prepare income and comparison reports, and complete all required documentation in compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Gender: Male/Female, aged 25–34.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.

Language: Good English communication skills; capable of preparing reports and communicating directly with Japanese Directors/Managers.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a Purchasing Officer role within the interior, finishing construction materials, or related industries.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
