Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Purchasing Staff ($700, ID14061)
- Developing and locating suppliers in-country and abroad at the most affordable prices and competitive conditions.
- Responsible for gathering quotes and evaluating them to make the final supplier selection
- Purchasing materials and services to fully satisfy user requirements and in accordance with purchasing policies and procedures
- Responsible for creating purchase orders (PO) and drafting contracts for purchases.
- Refresh and maintain the PO record for each item purchased.
- Monitoring and taking responsibility for the purchase process.
- Execute import/export procedures and have a thorough understanding of the import taxes system.
- Maintain the vendor audit, vendor list, and pricing list.
Requirement
- Gender: Male; Age: 25 - 35 year old
- University degree in economics, or engineering
- Have 1-2 years of project purchasing experience, preferably knowing about machinery
- Good at English.
