Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Purchasing Manager (Manufacturing, $2500, ID17075):
- Ensure adherence to global CAPEX MRO platforms and select local suppliers that meet company needs.
- Guide local CAPEX and MRO teams in defining and tracking KPIs (e.g., savings, delivery, standard prices).
- Participate in Global Forums to promote collaboration between global and local teams.
- Support priority expansion projects and lead long-term contract negotiations to benefit the company.
- Propose and implement tools and procedures to meet internal customer needs.
- Manage commercial relations with manufacturing suppliers and ensure timely, quality material supply.
- Seek opportunities to increase value in CAPEX and MRO categories, selecting suppliers that align with company goals.
- Collaborate with various departments and manage high-impact projects.
- Contribute to setting strategic plans for the category and drive operational excellence.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- At least 5 years of procurement experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Supplier Relationship Management
- Having 2+ years of experience in CAPEX & MRO
- Proficient in English
