Job Description
Our customer is a Vietnamese company, now looking for Purchasing Executive ($700, ID 20088):
- Receive purchasing requests and execute procurement activities in compliance with company procedures.
- Source, evaluate, and develop potential suppliers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with vendors.
- Manage purchase orders and track delivery progress.
- Coordinate with internal departments and handle supplier/customer complaints when necessary.
- Review payment documents and verify legal documentation for new products and suppliers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 40 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement positions.
- Written English skills (emails, documents for international purchasing).
- Proficient in MS Office and database management systems.
- Strong knowledge of materials, consumables, and tools procurement.
- Good understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms 2000, 2010).
- Solid knowledge of both local and international purchasing processes.
- Familiar with international payment methods and related regulations.
- Understanding of legal procedures related to domestic purchasing and import processes.
